Fall

Fall is coming around and that means big comfy sweatshirts and pumpkin coffee. Fall is the most expensive time of the year for me because I love styling for fall. From 50$ flannels from American Eagle to Doc Martins that can cost up to 100$. Although I love spending money on clothes it adds up very fast when buying bigger and heftier clothing to stay warm through the cold days. I love fall, I love the smell of fall, the leaves changing, and haunted houses. Spooky season is my favorite and I am looking forward to this change in weather.

Astrology

I was reading cancer and Virgo compatibility facts over the weekend and found out that learning about these signs really interests me. My boyfriend is a Virgo and I'm a cancer and there were so many interesting facts about our compatibility and trust. It is crazy how they matched up too. Cancers tend to be very emotional and sensitive while Virgos have a hard time opening. I agree with this I see things in myself that match up perfectly with those facts. I am very sensitive and emotional in all the good ways and somewhat negative ways. But that does not mean it’s a bad thing. Last night the cancer in me really showed in the ways I was talking about my personal life with my boyfriend. I feel like this connected in a different way than we have before, and I am so grateful for that. And I think it brought out some of his emotions as well. I never really understood the star signs and astrology until I related to it. I think this will be the start of a new interest of mine.

Check your sign out and learn more about your sign!

September 14th

This week I wanted to share my thoughts on thrifting because I am big with upcycling and I love saving. I recently started thrifting more through these past few months and I have saved so much money and time. Not only have I saved money and time, thrifting is great for the environment seeing that it reduces the amount of plastic that ends up in the dump.

If you would like to start looking into thrifting I recommend these places for you:

-Salvation Army

-Second hand life

-Goodwill

-Platoes Closet

Alyssa's Blog

This week I started dog sitting my neighbors dog because they just got a new puppy and he is not potty trained. His name is Oreo and he is a little shaggy black and white dog who loves to cuddle. This is not necessarily a job to me but more like a stress relief because I love dogs. I get to feed and play with him and take him outside. Even though I make some extra money each week I go I would still do it for free.

stress and the ending
